Returns of orders or products sent

In general terms, we stipulate two possible causes for the return of orders or products:

1. Refund for change of opinion or size.

Under the CE Directive on distance selling, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 30 business days, starting on the day following the date on which the items have been delivered.

We will only accept the return of products received in perfect condition, as they were sent.

To proceed with the return of the shipment must be addressed in writing to the following email address info@pitufillos.com . Keep in mind that you will be responsible for the cost of getting the goods to us, and that these must be sent in an adequate protective packaging, correctly identified and sealed so that the return is admitted. Once the merchandise has been received in our warehouses, and after checking the status of the merchandise, we will proceed to refund the amount, according to the method of payment made by the customer.

If you prefer we can send our agency to pick it up, which costs 11.95 euros.

2. Refund for damage caused by transportation or error in shipping:

You must notify us in writing to the address info@pitufillos.com , your order number and the list of products affected within 48 hours of receiving the order, in order to urge the return of the product or products that are incorrect or affected and with It will process the substitution by a correct one or proceed to reimburse the price paid for it.

If more than 48 hours elapse, Pitufillos will not be responsible for the return and replacement costs of the merchandise.
